Jordan is a Clare, Michigan native and a graduate of Clare Public Schools. He attended Central Michigan University for both his undergraduate and doctoral degrees. During his undergraduate years at CMU, he played four years of football as wide receiver for the Chippewas. In 2014, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science, with a focus on Sports Medicine and Rehabilitative Services.

If any of these exercises cause pain/discomfort discontinue that specific exercise and follow up with a Sport Summit team member via phone or email. These therapy programs are designed to help those with general shoulder/hip/knee dysfunctions or preparing for surgery while at home; programs have not been developed on an individual basis.

In the state of Michigan you are able to attend therapy without a physician's referral through direct access. Even with a physician's referral, it is always your choice on where you complete your therapy. Life happens, and we understand that. While we do not have a firm cancellation policy, we prefer that you let us know 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment should you need to reschedule.
