Precision ID Honing
Our precision ID honing services achieve tolerances as tight as .0002 and micro-finishes down to 2 RMS. We handle complex parts like landing gears, keyways, and blind holes using 20+ vertical and horizontal honing machines. Capabilities range from .060mm to 12-inch diameters with lengths up to 20 feet, serving aerospace, automotive, and military industries.
Gun Drilling
Gun drilling produces precision bores with tolerances down to .0005 using carbide-tipped tools. We drill holes from .093 to 5 inches in diameter, including through, blind, and intersecting holes. Applications include mold plates, castings, and off-center drilling for industries requiring high accuracy and surface finishes in components like cylinder heads and steering columns.
Trepanning
Trepanning creates large-diameter deep holes while preserving the core material. We drill up to 6-inch diameters and 72-inch lengths in all metals, ideal for applications requiring material conservation. This method is used in aerospace and petrochemical industries for parts like hanger tubes and injection molding tools.
Deep Hole Boring
Our deep hole boring services produce precision bores from .250 to 8 inches in diameter with depths up to 15 feet.
