Wedding Ceremonies
Loblolly Rise offers three distinct ceremony locations for wedding celebrations. The Oak Tree provides a classic Southern setting, while a large pine tree offers a natural backdrop for custom ceremonies. The scenic pond location creates a romantic atmosphere with water views. All ceremony sites are conveniently located near our reception facilities and include an arch for decoration. Our flexible approach allows couples to personalize their ceremony spaces with draping, floral arrangements, or custom backdrops.
Bridal Cottage
Our air-conditioned bridal cottage provides a comfortable space for wedding party preparations. The cottage features a king-size bed, dining table, kitchenette, and full bathroom with mirrors for hair and makeup. Ample hanging space accommodates wedding attire, while the open layout allows for photography and celebration with bridesmaids. The cottage's proximity to ceremony and reception sites ensures convenience on your special day.
Groom's Quarters
The groom's quarters offer a dedicated space for grooms and groomsmen to prepare for the wedding. Located at the back of our barn, this air-conditioned room features leather seating, mirrors, clothing hooks, and side tables. The space accommodates coolers and Bluetooth speakers for pre-ceremony relaxation, with outdoor cornhole available for entertainment. This functional area ensures the groom's party has comfortable facilities separate from the bridal preparations.
Small Elopement Weddings
Our small elopement package accommodates up to 50 guests for intimate wedding celebrations. The package includes ceremony and reception setup, professional photography, wedding cake, floral arrangements, officiant services, table settings, and beer/wine service. This option maintains traditional wedding elements while creating a more personal atmosphere. The package is ideal for couples seeking a meaningful celebration without the complexity of larger events.
Market Events
Loblolly Rise hosts seasonal market events featuring vintage goods, handmade items, and local produce. Having our wedding at Loblolly was nothing short of amazing! For starters, Whitney was one of the most awesome people to work with. She was super responsive to emails and extremely accommodating with all of our wedding needs, including helping us figure out a path our horse and surrey could travel on as part of the ceremony. She genuinely cared… about helping make our wedding day as perfect as it possibly could be. Not to mention, Loblolly itself is one of the most beautiful venues in the Tallahassee/Thomasville area.
