Services
Land Clearing
Our land clearing services remove shrubs, trees, and obstacles to prepare properties for construction or landscaping. We use heavy machinery to efficiently clear land for new homes, pools, or gardens. Clients appreciate our ability to transform unusable spaces into functional areas while maintaining environmental responsibility through proper debris management.
Retaining Walls
We construct durable retaining walls with proper drainage engineering to prevent failure. Services include design consultation, material selection, and code-compliant stair integration. Clients rely on our expertise for walls supporting driveways, structures, or slopes exceeding 4 feet in height, ensuring long-term stability and aesthetic appeal.
Hydroseeding
Our hydroseeding application creates lush lawns using eco-friendly slurry mixtures. The process combines seeds, mulch, and fertilizer for rapid germination on various terrains. Customers choose this cost-effective alternative to sodding that reduces erosion while establishing healthy, sustainable vegetation across residential and commercial properties.
Hardscaping
We design and install functional hardscapes like patios, walkways, and entrance features. Services incorporate drainage solutions and durable materials such as stone and pavers. Homeowners value our ability to create outdoor entertainment spaces and low-maintenance entrances that enhance property aesthetics and usability.
Snow Removal
Professional snow and ice removal services maintain safe access to properties during Oswego's heavy snowfall season. We clear driveways, parking lots, and walkways to minimize accidents and business downtime. Commercial clients particularly benefit from our prompt service that prioritizes operational continuity during winter months.

Raffa Landscaping and Designs crew tore down a retaining wall on my property and built a brand new wall and steps. Jared was wonderful to work with- we had three quotes done and he was by far the most knowledgeable and thorough to explain pros and cons of different building options and materials. He provided excellent guidance with regards to structure as well as appearance/design. It was a pleasure working with him and his crew, they showed up early and kept the job site very clean and neat. I am very happy with the final result and many neighbors have also shared exclamatory remarks about the

I have nothing but good things to say about Raffa Landscaping. Apparently getting landscapers to return a call is impossible in most instances, however Jared responded within a few hours. He showed up that very evening to look over the job and work out a budget. He did everything he could to maintain said budget while not sacrificing quality. My wife and I personally decided to blow past the budget, but as we came close to going over it, Jared contacted me and made sure that we were OK with that. Every person that works with him was wonderful, both as people and as workers. Our 3 year old was quite

Jared was extremely helpful and honest with me about doing a tough lawn mowing job. He finished the job in record time and regularly checked in to see if I needed anything. I ended up hiring him to mow the rest of the summer and he routinely did an excellent job maintaining the lawn. He was also very flexible with timing and was the only landscaping company that I heard back from in a timely manner.

Weve worked with Jared on multiple occasions for various types of jobs and cannot say enough about the quality of his work. He first transformed the landscaping in our front yard and then came promptly to the rescue when we discovered a drainage issue in our backyard. The drainage system he installed has kept our property from flooding, even in the heaviest of rains. Throughout both projects, Jared always presented us with multiple options while being conscientious of our budget. He has the knowledge and equipment to handle any job, in addition to outstanding communication and customer service
