Services
Indoor Air Quality
Our Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) inspections identify pollutants like mold spores, VOCs, and carbon monoxide. Using EPA-recommended methods, we assess risks to health and comfort. Clients receive actionable recommendations to improve ventilation and reduce contaminants in residential and commercial spaces.
Water Intrusion Inspections
Thermal imaging and moisture meters help us pinpoint hidden water leaks in walls, roofs, and foundations. We document entry points and provide repair guidance to prevent structural damage and mold growth in homes and businesses.
Mold Testing
We conduct air and surface sampling to identify mold species and contamination levels. Our reports include remediation protocols and clearance testing to ensure safe, lasting solutions for residential and commercial properties.
Radon Detection
Using continuous radon monitors, we measure radon gas levels in homes and buildings. Our EPA-qualified assessments determine if mitigation systems are needed to reduce lung cancer risks from long-term exposure.
Asbestos Assessment
We identify asbestos-containing materials through bulk sampling and microscopy. Our licensed inspectors provide management plans and abatement guidance compliant with federal and state regulations for residential and commercial properties.

Report
Steve Ambro did a home inspection and no where in his 39 page report did he mention any possible water leaks from a waterline that was turned off and going to my outside faucet. on my moving day the AC repairman turned on this waterline and I noted immediately that water was running out from under my exterior siding. To go on I had 3 water leaks from this water pipe over the next 24-36 hours that has ruined my hardwood floors. Steve will not stand by his poor inspection and has refused to report this incident to his insurance company even though he is liable for the damage. I do have witnesses
