Dance Classes
We offer comprehensive dance instruction for all ages and skill levels. Our curriculum includes ballet, pointe, tap, hip hop, jazz, contemporary, and modern dance. Tumbling Classes

Lorna Edwards
Studio Owner & Dance Instructor
Lorna has danced professionally since age 4 with Columbia City Ballet and Noise Complaint tap company. She holds an Associates in the Arts and specializes in multiple dance disciplines including ballet, tap, and contemporary.
Alexis Najarro-Booth
Marketing Manager & Company Director
Alexis is a recording artist with Melting Pop Records and holds degrees in Musical Theatre and Drawing/Painting. She has performed internationally and choreographed for professional tap companies and musical productions.
Eri McWilliams
Dance & Zumba Instructor
Eri brings 10+ years of experience teaching jazz, modern, and Zumba. She studied dance in Japan and trained at Dance New Amsterdam. Certified in Simonson Modern Jazz and multiple Zumba specialties.
Erin Wilson
Dance & Acro Instructor
Erin trained at Asbury Arts Center since age 3 and performed in St. Augustine Ballet productions. She's pursuing a BA in Early Childhood Education while teaching dance and co-captaining her university dance team.
Martin Farmer
Music Instructor
Martin has played with renowned artists like Marian McPartland and Clarence Clemons. He teaches all instruments with 25+ years in Miami's music scene and experience in theater productions and studio recordings.

We offer dance, tumbling, and music classes for ages 2 through adult. Special programs include Zumba, Vinyasa Yoga, summer camps, and private music lessons.
Are there adult classes available?
Yes! We provide Zumba, Vinyasa Yoga, and dance classes specifically for teens and adults. Our instructors welcome all experience levels.

Ever since we have moved to Florida 2 1/2 years ago Asbury arts studio has been a positive place for my daughter to go to. They have all types of dance to fit everyones style!! And the teachers are all amazing role models!! I cant give Asbury arts enough stars they given my daughter confidence beyond and much more!!! I recommend Asbury arts to everyone who wants to try dance music or etc!!!

Asbury Arts was the perfect fit for my children when we found the need to search for a new studio. The dance instructors are knowledgeable and genuinely like working with children. I especially like the many different classes that are offered which accommodate all ages and skill levels.

My daughter loves Asbury Arts. We use their after school program from LAE and she's on the competition team. She has gained many friendships and so much confidence this past year being a part of their program! The staff, parents, and dancers that are involved are wonderful!

Asbury Arts Center has been a great experience for my daughter and family. Our daughter has been going to Asbury Arts Center since early 2009. She has participated in Art, Percussion, Piano, Modern, Lyrical, Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Bollywood, Tumbling, Contemporary, and Hip Hop.
