What is Direct Primary Care (DPC)?
DPC is a membership-based model offering comprehensive primary care without insurance billing. Patients pay a flat monthly fee covering office visits, chronic care, and virtual consultations, reducing costs and improving access.
What services are included in the membership?
Membership includes same-day acute visits, chronic disease management, annual physicals, virtual visits, and discounted labs/medications. Preventive care, minor procedures, and direct physician communication are also covered.
Are medications and labs included in the fee?
Medications and labs are not fully covered but offered at deeply discounted rates. We partner with pharmacies and labs to ensure affordable options, reducing out-of-pocket expenses for members.
Can I use insurance with CoastalMED DPC?
We do not bill insurance or Medicare. Patients maintain high-deductible plans or health-sharing accounts for hospitalizations or specialists. Our model focuses on transparent, out-of-pocket primary care costs.
What are the office hours?
Office hours are Monday-Thursday 9 AM–4:30 PM (closed 11:30 AM–1 PM), Friday 7:30 AM–2 PM. Urgent issues after hours are addressed via phone or text for current patients.

It is so wonderful to have the option of an MD knowing that you went through thousands of hours of training and sacrifice to provide the best medical care possible! It provides such peace of mind given that in today's Healthcare there are so many "providers" that actually have very little training and want to claim they "are the same". Dr. Nadler is the most caring physician I have ever met. After suffering missed diagnosis and mismanagement by a nurse practitioner, I had a long and hard recovery road. Dr. Nadler was there every step of the way for me. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Nadler. I had concierge medicine in Ct and loved it. When we moved to Fl, I was really worried about primary care because we have some serious health conditions that require us to see specialists, but thats where it is important to have a strong pcp. You will probably have other issues that may or may not be related to a chronic condition. When dr Dr Nadler was recommended to us and after we did a meet and greet we were happy to have found her.
