Dr. Devine grew up in Eau Claire, WI. He attended the University of Wisconsin - Stout receiving a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. After 3 years of full-time work Dr. Devine decided to go back to school to become a Chiropractor. He was looking for a long-term fulfilling career that would allow him to help others and have time to raise a family.
