I recently moved to Twinsburg and decided to visit for my eye exam. I was impressed at how thorough the exam was and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The process was quick and easy from the moment I walked in to when I walked out a week later with my new glasses. Highly recommend!

Three (3) incorrect prescriptions for reading glasses. Rather than owning up to their mistakes and making it right by making a pair of glasses that I can actually use, they were dismissive in their actions. One may want to check with the BBB before using this provider.

Had a visits on 12/23/20 for an Eye Exam and to purchase new glasses. After waiting 3 weeks for my glasses to come back, the prescription was completely wrong in the right eye. I took the glasses back and they said they made a typo on the form and sent the glasses off to be corrected. Another 2 weeks went by before the "corrected pair" arrived. I took them home to test them since I only need them when viewing computer screens. The prescription was still very wrong. I then had to wait 2 months to get another eye exam appointment at a different place to confirm I was not going crazy, that

Went a few years ago. Had a bad experience. I had not been to the eye doctor in a long time. Felt they were laughing and made fun of me because of that. They did it right in front of me. Completely awful experience. I would never recommend them.
