We have an odd issue with our fireplace. Problem was thoroughly investigated and requires more research with the manufacturer (Superior). Appreciate the confirmations of the appointment beforehand, arriving on time and willingness to get the issue(s) resolved.

A very professional and thorough chimney cleaning/inspection. Jacob explained everything well and also gave pointers on how to maintain fireplace safety through the next year. I look forward to doing business again in the future. Thanks!
