The turnaround time on the custom leather jackets are long, but man is it worth it. Absolutely the best feeling, best fitting cold weather flight jacket Ive ever owned. Carrie spent about twenty minutes on the phone with me to ensure I felt good about my order and to make sure my questions were answered. Most assuredly a worthwhile investment for your flight career. I live in New Jersey so I took a drive up to Fultonville, NY to get fitted for my jacket.
Carrie was extremely helpful and took a lot of time to make sure everything was done correctly. Each jacket is handmade and because of this you are told in advance the approximate production time. I was given an expected time of six weeks. My jacket arrived on time. Approximately 2 days prior to shipping, you will be sent tracking information. The quality of the jacket is top notch. As with many other reviews on this "Company" This One Star is far more than I would rank them. My original order was in Feb, months later with no communication, I tried regularly, I received the jacket in May. The size was too large and I returned it via FedEx May 17. I finally got a hold of the infamous "Carrie" in late June. "Oh your return jacket was received and the new one will be send directly after the 4th July Holiday. Now 23 July, no jacket, many calls to her and NOTHING but a voicemail. Horrible customer service. And for some reason our Airline chose these fools as our "Official Provider

Ordered a Southwest Airlleather jacket 27 November. It's mid February and I have attempted to contact them by phone and email with no response. Paid $500 for nothing so far. Finally got my jacket in March. Looks good.
