WELL CHILD EXAMINATIONS: Appointments consist of a comprehensive well child examination, including vaccinations as indicated, vision and hearing screening, scoliosis screening, laboratory collection, and nutrition and developmental assessment. SICK CHILD EXAMINATIONS: Appointments consist of comprehensive assessment, laboratory collection and rapid laboratory testing as indicated.
