The cakes that we create are moist and flavorful made from scratch with a focus on fresh, natural, gourmet ingredients. Each cake is designed just for you, to be perfect for your celebration. A menu of 21 gourmet flavors are available, or a special combination can be created upon request. Prices are based on the number of servings you require with a minimum order of $100 for all custom cake orders.

Royal Cake Studio is headed up by myself, Abbi Briggs, cake artist, sugar crafter, and cupcake creator. At an early age, I developed a passion for baking, growing up in a small town called Dunedin in New Zealand. I spent many school vacations with my Nana learning to grow fruits and vegetables, tending to the animals and learning to bake in an old style coal range.

We only use the highest quality ingredients - gourmet chocolate, buttermilk, heavy cream, sweet cream butter, fresh fruits and real Madagascar vanilla beans. All of our recipes are made fresh for our customers with the best REAL ingredients and flavors we can source. We make our own fruit compotes, lemon and lime curds, salted caramel, modeling chocolate, fondant, ganache and simple syrups to flavor our cakes and buttercreams.
