Ive been to a ton of Chiropractors (4 in Marin alone) and Dr Britton is by far the best. If you have an issue with your body that you want to resolve - go to her. If you just want to get cracked because you like the way it feels, go somewhere else. She is not happy cracky.
Ive had chronic issues with my back for a very long time and she took the time to really diagnose and then treat the source of the issue, not just the location of pain. She cares deeply about you getting better and she is a master of Active Release Technique which is soft tissue work and it really does work.

I have had knee issues for years and been to several PT's and Chiropractors. Marilyn was referred to me by a massage therapist and I had the best session with her! She did a working stretching release that helped me realize how tight my thighs were and how to get my knees tracking the right way. She even adjusted my back in a way where it didn't get stuck again in the same way. She is the most knowledgeable chiropractor I have been to along with an amazing sweet demeanor. I highly recommend you see her, especially if you suffer from long term issues where you just are not getting the

Third time was a charm when it came to Marilyn Britton. I had seen two other chiropractors for hip pain, both of who diagnosed lower spine compression. Marilyn thought it was a muscle or tendon injury, and after about 6 sessions with her active release technique and some simple exercises, the pain is completely gone. I knew it was a good sign when I was waiting for my first appointment, and the patient coming out of the office spontaneously offered that Dr. Britton is amazing, and that she couldn't walk a month earlier, and "look at me now!". Dr. Britton is very knowledgeable

Dr Britton is the best! She helped me with a groin injury that had been bothering me for a long time. Massage and stretching were very useful. She recommended some pool recovery and certain movements to avoid. Definitely putting me in the correct track. Very sweet person and knowledgeable professional. Will return as I grow old and have more pains!

Much More Than a Chiropractor

Marilyn Britton is not a typical chiropractor. Her knowledge of underlying muscle structure and her ability to address bound up areas in the body is amazing. She has eliminated an often painful misalignment in my shoulder that has been with me for more than 10 years. Her Active Release Techniques and exercise suggestions were exactly what I needed!

Marilyn is not only a gifted at chiropractor, she is also a very warm and kind person. She is constantly attending workshops and seminars so that she can stay up-to-date on the latest and most effective techniques. I

After 10 days of lower back pain and no relief from exercises and stretches, I went to see Dr. Britton. The Active Release Techniques she uses works wonders, and I was already feeling much better after the first visit. After 2 follow-up visits, I was pain-free and extremely grateful. Dr. Britton took the time to explain how the anatomy works and what was causing the pain. She also recommended some exercises to prevent the pain from reoccurring in the future. I am hoping that the core-strengthening regimen I am now following will help me in the long term, but I will definitely go back and see Dr

Dr. Britton is a lifesaver. I was having very severe lower back pain (in large part due to wearing a boot on my right foot for 8 weeks after an injury.) The day after the first appointment with Dr. Britton, my back was 95% better and following the second appointment, I was pain free. I have never gone to a chiropractor before, but I am now a believer. Thank you!!!!!
