We can retrofit your old cracked ball valves with the patented Freeze Tolerant style that have replaceable freeze plugs. Both 3/4 valves run $195, both 1 inch valves run $250. We have used the Rain Bird ESP family of timers for over 25 years. They are a proven reliable product and are the easiest to program. With the wifi link installed, you can operate the timer from anywhere on the planet as long as you have a cell phone reception. The wifi links to your home wifi and reduces the needed watering time according to the weather in your local area by zip code through the internet using the Rain Bird App.

Another advantage of being on the Complete Service Plan is that you will never be turned away during peak times. Once in awhile when we get really busy we choose not take on any new customers so that we can maintain a reasonable response time for our loyal customer base. Adjust timer for Summer watering requirements, check all heads for proper spray pattern, make any repairs as needed within initial (30 min.)
Draining Instructions

Anytime a freezing cold snap is predicted during the sprinkler season you need to protect the back flow device from freeze damage by either draining it or insulating it well. Position all valves at 45 degree position! The beauty of the freeze tolerant ball valve is that if you forget to drain your valves, or an unexpected cold snap catches you off guard, NO BIG DEAL.
