I've been a tenant with Jay Rosen and Since 1917 Realty for almost 3 years now and he is the most kindest Landlord and most passionate landlord you can have. Always easy to get a hold of, smart. Jay and his family are good people. I highly recommend using this company .

Still going strong, they manage properties for me and they are always proactive and fast. I just had a vacancy where quite a bit of painting and fix-up was required - they did it quickly, cost effectively, and got it back rented in no time. Tenants are happy and never had a complaint.
