Jenifer Presnick, O.D.

My morning started in the ER as I had a 5-day eye issue (discomfort, pain and redness) that was only getting worse. I only started with ER because I never dreamed I could get a "same-day" appointment with an eye specialist. It's unheard of where I come from! When ER didn't have a clue because they don't have the proper machinery for what I needed, they referred me to an ophthalmologist. I called Bradford County Eye Center. From the KIND voice on the other end welcoming me in for an emergency appointment, to the impeccably clean waiting room, to the friendly staff showing me into the exam room and

Got. Text on oct 5th letting me know my glasses had arrived, i asked to have them shipped to me. They let me know it would be a $5 fee to ship them. I paid over the phone and had not received anything by October 21st. When i called they said that they had just received them on the 21st contrary to what was said on the 5th. Still driving with out my eye glasses that the doctor said i needed. I would not recommend this company. They do not do what they say and lie to cover their own instead of owning up to their mistakes.

Professional, thorough, and fairly priced. First-time patient and seen within 10 minutes of appointment time. Staff was very transparent about pricing and options. Office was clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I just want to Thank Regina T. For always being professional . And she always greets you with a smile. The Dr is very nice and makes sure when he's seeing you you're well taken care of. But them other ladies need some kind of training of customer service. They don't greet or nothing.
