The Share Medical Center Clinic offers primary care services for patients' routine health needs. The mission of the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) is to expand primary health care to those who need it most. In order to meet that mission, NHSC supports clinical sites that provide comprehensive medical, dental, and/or behavioral health care to all regardless of ability to pay.

Share Memorial Hospital originally opened in 1970. Today, Share continues over a 100-year tradition of hospital services to Alva, Oklahoma and the surrounding areas in Northwest Oklahoma and Southern Kansas. Share offers most routine medical services, i.e. medical lab, x-ray/imaging, emergency care, nursing care, and primary care physicians and med staff.
Share Convalescent Home

Share Convalescent Home has been serving Alva for over fifty years, providing high quality clinical and personal care to our residents. Our people, services, activities and spaces all come together to meet the unique needs of each of our residents and their families. Located across the street from the hospital, our residents are always close the medical attention they may need.
Volunteers

The Foundation tracks all volunteer hours and hosts an annual volunteer appreciation banquet during National Volunteer Appreciation Month in April. All volunteers complete an application process, similar to that of our employees, to help us find appropriate placement and ensure the well-being of our patients and staff.
Urgent Care

Share Medical Center Urgent Care Clinic is located at 800 Share Drive in Alva, open from 8 am to 7:00 pm Mon - Sat and Sun 10 am - 4pm. Daytime, evenings, weekends, or after your doctor's office hours, our experienced, compassionate staff and health care providers offer same-day care in our medical clinic so you can get back to feeling better sooner.
Hospitalization

We hope it doesn't come to this, but we stand ready to take care of you in your time of need. Skilled Nursing (illness is largely resolved, continued nursing and/or therapy is still needed before returning home). To call a patient's room, dial 580.327.2800 and enter the number 2 plus the three-digit room number.
