Catering Services
We provide customized catering solutions for Pensacola businesses and events. Our offerings include sandwich trays, sub platters, fresh salads, and party trays serving up to 20 people. All catering orders require advance scheduling with minimum purchase requirements. Our team handles preparation, packaging, and delivery to ensure fresh presentation at your event location.
New York Pizza
Hand-tossed New York-style pizzas feature our signature sauce, premium mozzarella, and fresh toppings. Available in 12 or 16 inch sizes with classic combinations like Meat Lovers and Vegetarian, plus build-your-own options. We also offer gluten-free cauliflower crust pizzas with limited topping selections.
Fresh Salads
Over 15 freshly prepared salad options made daily using premium ingredients. Choose from traditional favorites like Caesar and Greek, or specialty creations like Fresh Strawberry Chicken Salad. All salads use crisp produce and house-made dressings, with options for adding grilled chicken or shrimp upgrades.
Takeout Orders
We offer convenient takeout service for all menu items with no minimum order for pickup. Hot entrees, cold sandwiches, and party trays are carefully packaged for freshness. Customers can call ahead to place orders or fax requests with confirmation required for all written orders.
Calzones & Strombolis
Handmade calzones and strombolis feature premium fillings wrapped in our signature dough. Calzones contain 7oz of cheese with topping options, while strombolis include marinara sauce and 3.5oz cheese. Both are baked to golden perfection and served with additional dipping sauce upon request.
Questions
What is the minimum order for catering services?
Our catering trays require a minimum of 6 sandwiches per tray for sandwich platters or 6 subs for sub trays. Fruit, vegetable, and meat & cheese trays have fixed serving sizes for 20 people.
Do you deliver to residential addresses?
We only provide delivery services to local businesses with scheduled orders of $50 or more. Residential deliveries are not available at this time.
Are there gluten-free options available?
Yes, we offer a 10 inch gluten-free cauliflower crust pizza with limited topping options. Please inform staff about any dietary restrictions when placing your order.
What are your operating hours?
We serve Monday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The restaurant is closed on Sundays for regular dining but accepts catering orders for weekend events.
Can I customize my sandwich or sub?
Yes, all cold and hot sandwiches can be customized with available toppings and condiments. Choose from multiple bread options and add premium upgrades like avocado or bacon.
Do you offer any daily specials?
We feature daily soup selections including Cream of Potato, Turkey Rice, and Cold Gazpacho. Our salad bar includes 15+ fresh options with house-made dressings available by the pound.

Had pastrami and the corn beef
Huge portions. Amazing
We split them
I loved the pastrami more
So lean tender and melted right into my mouth. The corn beef was good but for me could of been sliced thinner. Still lean and great tasting.
Hubby loved. Potato salad good
Loved the pickles
No room left for dessert
Have to go back again soon
Prices reasonable
Sandwiches were huge lots of meat if I remember around 10.99 each i think

Just stop reading and come eat! The Cuban in the best in Pensacola. I know because in my 10 day trip I have eaten at every location that has advertised serving a Cuban. I will say that this one looked the least appealing but looks can be deceiving. It was delicious. I went with the summer pasta salad as my side, it is seasoned with mayonnaise and dill and complimented the pickle and mustard on the sandwich perfectly. The picture I added may look a little off from what you may receive, I ordered to go but then decided to stay and have a beer so your plating may be different.

Quaint restaurant with amazing food! Staff is very nice. Kelsea our waitress provided excellent recommendations. We ordered the French Dip, with a side pesto pasta, the Twin Towers pastrami on roll with a side of the antipasto salad. Knocked our socks off! The antipasto is a meal on its own and awesome full of flavor. You won't leave hungry as the portions are good size. Bring your appetite and savor the flavor. Also, the prices are not bad especially for the quality of what you are getting. Wish I could give more stars because they knocked it out of the park.

Placed to-go order and paid after unknowingly coasting into curbside parking area. Had 1# each of chunky chicken salad, Rosemary turkey salad, egg salad, pasta salad. Fella that took my order was helpful and very friendly, took less than 10 minutes to receive the order and it was accurate/delicious. 5 local business
