Mosaic accepts most if not all insurance carriers. Our office staff is happy to assist you by billing directly to your insurance company. You will be responsible for the deductible and co-insurance\co-payment, when applicable. Should you have a secondary carrier, let us know and we will also submit to them.

At Mosaic, your child will receive individualized one on one pediatric physical therapy services designed to meet the unique needs of each child.
Women’s Health Programs

Some women may be hesitant to discuss certain conditions with their primary health care provider. Women's Health Physical Therapists have specialized education and expertise in the evaluation and treatment of both acute (new) and chronic (longstanding) issues that specifically affect women.
