As I was driving into Dallas from Denton the day after Thanksgiving, my truck started to make a loud noise as I was driving. As I got off the exit this was the only repairs shop I saw in the area opened. I went in and saw this guy sitting behind the desk with this long beard. I asked him to check the noise out for and he got out those dark sunglasses on and came outside and looked at my vehicle. He was really nice and very knowledgable, that's why you never judge a book by it's cover. He gave a diagnosis but he told me he couldn't be 100% sure because he would need to get it in the shop. My car broke down on Thanksgivingone day before it was scheduled to be traded in. I wasnt able to reach anyone over the entire weekend except for AAMCO. Just talking to David made me feel a little less anxious about the whole situation. Monday morning he quickly scheduled a tow for me. The towing services were great and I was glad to see that it was a flat bed tow truck. I dont know whats going on with the car yet but I will say that services have been top notch so far. Not just professional but also very friendly.
