My experience with this company was WONDERFUL!! Keenan was on time, very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and quite thorough. He took the time to explain, not only exactly what was being tested, but also the effects that possible mold and/or air toxins could have on my health. And once the results came back, he took time out of his busy day to explain them to me, also offering numerous solutions to the found problems. I could not have had a more positive experience and would highly recommend this company!!

Unfortunately I've had an unsatisfactory customer experience. I'd inquired online about mold testing/inspection on Friday, 6/26 and received a quick call from Carl. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I expressed to him that my condo in Pasadena recently had water damage and the affected areas are hallway ceiling and HVAC closet. He quoted me $299 plus $75 for an air quality test and any additional tests, and I could expect the result from the lab the following Tuesday or Wednesday. I agreed and he had Keenan come out to do the testing (only my mom was present at the time and said he did a good

The inspector was very friendly, Knowledgeable, Punctual, And had great prices!!! I was very satisfied with his level of experience. The inspector was able to explain his process and get someone like myself to with no knowledge on in door quality testing to understand exactly what he was looking for as what the results meant.
