All of our services are provided under the supervision of our Senior Home Health Care Registered Nurse. Platinum Home Care provides non-medical services for seniors. These include activities of daily living, bathing, changing, toileting and overall home care nursing. We also do meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders and transportation.

Report
You will talk to a staff member any time you call, whether it is after hours or on weekends. We use a system where the caregiver has to clock in from the clients landline, or within 10 yards of the residents home. Our RN will do an assessment with 2-3 days from the start of service. Every 30 days there is a phone call assessment, then a mini assessment after 90 days and another full assessment after 180 days., both of which are done in person.
