The times I am able to get in with my son, we are always treated with the utmost care and respect. The last several times Ive tried to get my child in when hes been sick to see his primary care physician they dont have appointments for days or even weeks later. You call and ask to be transferred to the Enid clinic and end up talking to someone in Cherokee instead and told that they have nothing available. You would think when your child is sick you would want them to be seen by their primary care physician, but It always ends up being urgent care.

I have waited patiently for months to be seen here. In November I had to reschedule because Natalie Adams had a family emergency, I was disappointed but I was patient and waited. Then today I was told two different stories about why Natalie Adams wasnt going to be in today. I had to move things around in my busy schedule just to make these appointments. This is the absolute worst and most unprofessional place Ive EVER dealt with. Im not one for writing reviews, but this place deserves one.

My doctor is in this place she's not the problem.I took a covid test.the staff said they would call me with the results. They never called me .and it's so hard to get ahold of them

The marriage counselor is quite effective and caring. The women's dr is professional. She gets the job done right. The psychiatrist made negative med changes for my daughter. I had to change it completely back due to all the awful symptoms. I was very scared for my daughter. I wont go into much detail. She's better. The dr called me to let me know my lab results. Was polite and patient with me.
