I made an honest mistake and forgot what time my appointment was. She was extremely nasty and rude to me over the phone, telling me i wasted her time when iI made an honest mistakes offered to reschedule and she continued to be rude and said she was booked up completely for the day and the day after. I will never be using her service again and have never been talked to by someone like I did by her. Truly upset with my experience here.

Rose is great, super fun to talk to during the service. The wax she uses is less painful and irritating than other salons I've been to. And it doesn't leave little bits of wax that cling to your clothes the rest of the day.
