My Nissan advisor was great and the work seemed to be good. Then I get an email from you guys telling about all the work my car needs and how I need to make an appointment. Why wasnt any of this told to me when I was there? Where you lying then, or are you lying now? Unbelievable!

I strongly do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Bertara Nissan. My wife's experience has been terrible. We were directed to Ali Azizi who pointed us to 2 Rogues that we were interested in. We test drove one, saw it had built in Nav (which was critical to my wife), but he pushed the other due to the color and uniqueness, which sold my wife. He assured us were identical. The delivery did not proceed smoothly, with the car not being ready when he said it would be (it was fine, a CT registration office hour situation, but something he SHOULD have known ahead of time and not over promised
