How do I make an appointment?

What happens during the first appointment?
Arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. Bring photo ID and insurance card. Dr. Frenkel will conduct a comprehensive evaluation, review medical history, and develop an individualized treatment plan.
What insurance plans do you accept?

0 stars, hung up on receptionist. She stated before we start what insurance do you have than rambled on so I told her to slow down. I'm 34 years old having someone answer the phone like this when they are having mental health issues is not good.

Horrible office staff. never got an appointment despite someone telling me they were gonna call me back. Then after 3rd call to office receptionist uncaring asking too many personal questions, not explaining why.

I have had a very positive relationship with Dr. Frenkel. She always responds when I have reached out to her. She is always open to working with her patients and their med management. I find the televisits very convenient and effective. I would highly recommend Dr. Frenkel!

I have been Dr. Frenkel's patient since 2011. She has been a lifesaver for me. I also previously saw a therapist of the practice who had been nothing but tremendous support in my life. I read some of the reviews and its clear to me that some people have issues, I mean - serious issues. I feel that some one-sided reviews are not a fair reflection of her efforts and for people who need her undivided attention. I know Dr. Frenkel to be the most helpful, compassionate, honest 100%, good hearted and easy going person. Trust me, she would be the last person to suggest medical marihuana or to push

Was seeking a new psychiatrist and saw the great reviews for Dr. Frenkel. Her website stated that she handled everything I suffered with and I was able to get an appointment with her pretty quickly, which I did appreciate. However, I was told by her receptionist, not even HER, that their office was not equipped to see me after reviewing my history. Maybe you should go back to medical school and become equipped to handle what youre supposed to be practicing, psychiatry????
