Frontier Veterinary Hospital of Hillsboro, Oregon, has been locally owned and operated since 1947. We are a full-service small animal hospital serving pets and the people who love them!. It means Frontier holds itself to a higher standard, and that your pet is receiving care at a hospital that has passed the highest standards in veterinary care.
Not all animal hospitals are accredited. Nearly 60% of pet owners think their pet's veterinary hospital is accredited when it is not. In fact, only about 3,600 (12-15%) animal hospitals in the United States and Canada are accredited. Unlike human hospitals, not all animal hospitals are required to be accredited.*

Cat Friendly Practice
Report
Frontier would like to help change this alarming trend. We know that cats benefit greatly from routine preventative care, just like their canine counterparts, and are committed to helping make your cat's visit a positive experience. Our practice has participated in the American Association of Feline Practitioner's (AAFP) Cat Friendly Practice Program and achieved Gold status!
