Jessica Wichers is outstanding! I went through the Dave Ramsey ELP and to be honest I wasn't sure what to expect. I was expecting an agent from like State Farm or Allstate to pop up and we would just do the whole quote and I would then go to 2 or 3 more to shop my rates. I am so glad I was wrong. Jessica was the only person I needed to speak and work with to get rates that I am completely satisfied with. I have never used an insurance broker or service such as Craven-Warren & Co before and I don't know how I have gone this long without doing so. They have earned my support and a loyal customer

So I was directed to the office by a Dave Ramsey site. Called and spoke to Jessica. Wow talk about her being annoyed or something was wrong. She wasnt very pleasant and thats as far as I got. Didnt want to deal with this office if they wake up on the wrong side of the bed.

There are very few insurance conversations that make you feel refreshed once the dust settles.
