My mother in law's house got flooded by Florence while she was in hospital with heart issues. She was evaced to western part of state where we live and we only had a couple days to go east and deal with the house. We talked with a couple folks and went with Chris and East Carolina because they were local. We needed somebody we could put our trust in since we were managing the situation from a distance and in complete dire straits due to my mother in law's health condition. Chris stayed in constant communication and handled everything perfectly. Hopefully no one ever needs this service but it is
