The Journey to become what Master's Landscape Design is today actually began over 20 years ago. The vision started in 1996 when founder Mike Pruitt had just graduated college from Virginia Tech and moved back home to the family farm he grew up on in a small town just outside of Chatham, Virginia. Mike began to venture out from the family farm to do custom hire farm work for other landowners.
Some of those same customers eventually were requesting not only farm and tractor work but landscape projects around their homes. That's when Mike realized his love and desire for landscape design! For the next 10 years Mike continued working on his gift of designing and building landscapes and hardscapes right there in his hometown.

We build stunning outdoor kitchens, complete with a grill or stove, dishwasher, sink and storage space.
