Hyland Insurance is just the best. Last week I was visiting a friend and a neighbor backed into my car. I was unsure of the process and Abby talked me through it. But then went a step beyond and called this week to check to see if we needed anything. I ended up with this agency, when my previous agent retired. They have been very unresponsive. I have made inquiries via mail and email to review my policies. No response. I don't even know who my agent is at this company. Looking to change companies as soon as possible.

I met with Rob Holtzmann last month (February 2017) to review my home & auto insurance coverage. Our 2nd meeting was the end of the following week to discuss whether or not to change insurance companies. We wound up meeting days sooner since he'd found much better rates - and better coverage - with another company. I did the math and by switching, I will be saving $1614 per year.
