I regularly use this laundromat and have enjoyed it even though there hasnt been a time when all the washers worked. I come because its small and not usually crowded. Last week I was there and put my clothes in one washer that didnt work, no sign. Water came in but it didnt spin. A nice gentleman tried to help me and at one time it turned but stopped. Since the clothes were wet I put more money in. It still didnt work so I moved to another washer. Today when I went in I told the lady that works there and she asked why I didnt call (after 6 on Sunday) or leave a note. I told her

Lovely old fashioned coin laundromat with friendly staff. Ive been there many times and its always been an enjoyable experience. The place has vintage vibes and I love it. Their dry cleaning service is very good too.

I've only used The Wash House twice so far, but both times have been very good experiences. I'm looking forward to continue using their service weekly-- I just fill a bag of laundry, and for a flat rate they launder my clothes, sheets, etc.. Everything comes back fresh, neatly folded, and wrapped in plastic. The owner, Jeff, is always pleasant and actually carried my clothes out to my car for me and made time for friendly chit chat.

I don't dread doing laundry as much now when I take my clothes to The Wash House. The inside almost looks like a little bistro , complete with coffee/refreshments, free wifi and music playing in the background. The staff is super friendly (the total opposite of the previous owner). They greet you when you walk in and will out of their way to help you. I was in a huge hurry trying to get to work and managed to jam a triple loader washer w/ quarters.
