Three young African American women with a passion for the beauty industry, who wanted to make a difference in our community. Part owner Tiffani Fears is an Award Winning Bronner Brothers Hairstylist with over 20+ years as not only a Master Cosmetologist, but also a Salon/Barbershop owner in Austell, Georgia, and Cosmetology Instructor gaining her Instructor license in the same exact building she now part owns.
Owner Jasmine Spears also was a Hair Stylist for over 2-3 years within the same community, after leaving her ESPN entertainment radio host position. Tiffani & Jasmine noticed that as the stylist finished school the majority was still lost, no one prepared them for the hustle, and the entrepreneur mindset that comes with being in this industry.

Our Master Barber's program blends in-depth classroom instruction, hands-on training, one-on-one guidance from professional Master Barber instructors and extensive preparation for State Boards.

That's why our Financial Office is here to educate Future Professionals on the types of financial help available.
