G&O Family Cyclery is a cargo and family bike-focused shop, the first of its kind in Seattle. Seattle's cargo bike market is growing swiftly. This makes sense, Seattle's biking community is expanding to include folks who are previously interested, but concerned about cycling. These potential new commuters, potential car-replacers, and potential lifestyle cyclists have adult concerns: errands, kids, jobs.

We stand by the quality of our labor. If you are unhappy with our work in any way, please let us know within 30 days of pickup, and we would appreciate the opportunity to resolve your issues. When you buy a bike from G&O, we will diagnose and advocate for warranty replacement of your frame or components, if problems arise.

First, you work with Davey or Jenna by emailing us at info@familycyclery.com or calling 206-363-4663 for a consultation. Next, if you'd like to test ride, make an appointment for you to check out one or two bikes in person, following all public health guidelines to keep everyone safe.

We'd love to have you visit the shop and test ride one of our spectacular bikes! We are scheduling test rides Wednesday-Sunday. We welcome you and any passengers you plan to carry to come by and spend an hour learning about and riding a couple of bikes.
