What rental packages are available for beginners?
Our Package One is designed for entry-level skiers and snowboarders, offering easy-to-use gear at $35–49/day depending on location.
Do you offer multi-day rental discounts?
Yes! Rent for 5 days and get the 4th day free. Rates apply to consecutive days with equipment available after 2:00 PM.
Are helmets included in rental packages?
Helmets are available separately for $10/day. While not included in standard packages, we strongly recommend them for safety.
What payment methods do you accept?
Please inquire directly at your chosen location for current payment options, including credit cards and cash.
Do you have locations outside Lake Tahoe?
Currently, we serve only Lake Tahoe area casinos including Harveys, Harrah's, and Bally's Stateline locations.

Terrible service. ive been snowboarding for over 20 years and today my bindings snapped straight off the rental board. never happened before. now ive waited over an hour to return the board and nobody is available. theres been a sign in the window that says 330 its now 4:00pm. waste of a day what a joke

I rented some quality snow boarding gear for myself and my family. The staff were all helpful and friendly. When my young son had trouble deciding on a boot size the staff teamed up to trouble shoot and even put them on him and professionally fastened for best for! Ill definitely return

The guys are cool in there. Have a convo. Get to know them. One of them recently lost his ability to snowboard, so this is his way of staying close to the sport. Be patient. They want y'all to have a good time. I got great service and enjoyed my experience

Terrible experience- probably the worst ever. The girl who was working was super nice. But there was a guy working there who was so incredibly rude and dismissive I was blown away. He said if he needed to repeat anything we would need to get out of the store. I have trouble hearing due to a blown ear drum And asked if I needed to fill out the security deposit part. The guy literally picked up my papers, threw them at me and said get the F*** out of my store!!!! In addition he said, I hate dealing with you tourists that don't listen to simple instructions!!

My first time renting any gear for snowboarding, and I had the most awful experience. This location was recommended to us by a local friend to save a few dollars, but never again. I arrived a little after Noon where the staff did not acknowledge me when I arrived and soon after was instructed to fill out a form. We completed our forms and staff proceeded to help two other customers that had come after me. A simple hello goes a long way. Not to mention that my party and I were ready to go with our paperwork.
