Thought I finally found a great family doctor and all they want to do is send me for unneeded test and charge me and my insurance $300. Not to mention that I just received a nasty and rude phone call from their office. Will be finding a new dr.

Dont get sick they wont let you come in unless you have a Covid test, so while your completely miserable lets make two trips out into public, one for a test then to call and try to get appointment. Ive asked around no one has had their doctor office doing this to them so time to move on for sure.

I consider myself fortunate to have Dr. Balaji as my primary care physician. He is a phenomenal doctor who possesses insight, wisdom, and proficiency far beyond his medical training. Curious and persistent, he doggedly pursues whats ailing me -- not letting up -- until the health issue is resolved. All the while hes friendly and engaging, listening intently to what I have to say. I have been with Dr Balaji for almost 10 years. He is very through and attentive. I always feel like he has my best interest at heart and will go the extra mile. My conditions are above average and he manages them well. Also when called for, he is able to attend to me in the hospital if and when that happens. He requires a lot of testing, but I feel like it results in better diagnoses and proper treatment. He seems extremely up to date in data and treatment. He cares for his patients. Dr. Balaji is exceptional and is really interested in his patients. I was in hospital for 10 days over Thanksgiving holiday in 2016 and Dr. Balaji or one of his staff saw me in person everyday except for one day when another Dr. that was treating me was there. Most days it was Dr. Balaji. Before I had him I was in the hospital where I used to live for 10 days and only saw the doctor a few times.
