Founded in 1996, we operate two fully equipped facilities in Beaver Falls and New Brighton, Pennsylvania, staffed by experienced professionals committed to safety and proper technique. Our team holds USA Gymnastics Safety Certification, CPR, and first-aid credentials, ensuring a secure learning atmosphere. We emphasize progressive skill development, combining physical training with cognitive growth through structured play and exploration. Our preschool programs integrate educational themes to enhance learning, while competitive teams offer advanced athletes opportunities to excel. With over 100 combined years of coaching experience, we prioritize individual growth, fostering confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love for physical activity.Our facilities feature state-of-the-art equipment, including in-ground trampolines, foam pits, and spring floors, supporting safe and effective training. We maintain open communication with families, offering flexible summer schedules and priority registration for returning students. Recognizing the connection between physical activity and neurological development, we teach techniques that build mental discipline alongside athletic ability. Our staff attends annual training conferences to stay current with teaching methodologies, ensuring high-quality instruction. Tumbling Classes

With 38 years of coaching experience, Monica co-owns Arcadia and oversees operations. She holds a Master's in Public Health and focuses on creating a positive developmental environment for children through gymnastics.
Dave Greggs
Owner/Coach
Transitioning from business management to coaching, Dave specializes in tumbling and team instruction with 25+ years of experience. He emphasizes proper technique and progressive skill development for all student athletes.
Mick O'Connor
Owner/Coach
A founding member with 28 years of experience, Mick focuses on coaching young athletes using sport science principles. He holds advanced degrees in exercise physiology and prioritizes injury prevention and proper training methods.
Jessica Boso
Office Manager
As office manager since 2011, Jessica coordinates administrative operations while emphasizing family engagement. She brings experience in youth development from her work as a case manager for children with disabilities.

With coaching experience since 1987, Bob focuses on progressive skill development and appreciating incremental achievements. He brings extensive knowledge of gymnastics training and athlete development to the coaching team.

What age groups do you serve?
We offer classes for toddlers through adults, with specialized programs for preschoolers, recreational students, and competitive athletes.

Do you offer summer programs?
Our 8-week summer flexi-schedule allows attendance 5-8 weeks, with priority registration for returning students and adult classes available.

Arcadia Gymnastics is amazing! My two daughters joined classes and competed with Arcadia YEARS ago and the skills, sportsmanship, kindness and compassion learned there, they have carried through into their adulthood. And now I have the privilege to be bringing my 3 year old granddaughter to gymnastics classes and to learn the same things her Mommy and Aunt learned!! Its more than gymnastics, its a family! Thank you Arcadia for the amazing coaching, love, and kindness you show everyday! I look forward to many, many more years and possibly cheering my granddaughter on as she competes for you

Arcadia gymnastics is a game changer! A wonderful environment with fabulous people! You are welcomed and valued the minute you walk through the door. My daughter started here at age 2 and attended for 12 years before she pursued her commitment to basketball. Gymnastics is a win for ANY athlete! The absolute best gymnastics center in Western Pennsylvania! I learned more than gymnastics while I was there as a junior high and high school gymnast. I learned patience, hard work, time management, team work and so much more. I am the person I am today because of Monica, Mick and Dave.

Excellent facility with high quality staff! Spent 15 years competing on the team and now my son has joined the tiny tots class. Fun environment with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend for all ages, whether its on the team or attending their many different classes and camps.
