To be honest, if I could give them a 0/5 I most certainly would. I deal with vendors on a daily basis and this one is by far one of the worst i have ever dealt with in my entire existence. They claim .99 cent shipping on their website , but I am currently at $440.00 out of pocket for shipping. One might ask how this occurs and I would love to enlighten you :) The UPS driver told me not to accept my order because the legs of the table appeared to be damaged. After a month and a half of speaking to 3 different customer service agents numerous times they told me I had to pay for it to be shipped back

Had issues with my New Tech sewing machine. Customer service was great. But what was above that was I received a video chat from the own who walked me threw step by step. Very great Customer service and professionalism. Definitely would recommend them.

Had an issue with a skiving machine I bought from them that arrived not working correctly. After a bunch of back and fourth for over a month nothing has been resolved. The machine arrived broken and I still have no replacement or refund. Yes its cheap, but be prepared for customer service to be lacking if you have any issues.
Update 30JUNE2021:
Owner told my credit card company he would send a replacement device, and here we are 4 months later and nothing. Basically i got scammed out of $1000.

Company stalls on customer support so that you are out of the time window for charge backs. Dispute problems immediately with paypal and your credit card. Otherwise the process become so convoluted that you would rather take a few hundred dollar loss then deal with it all again.

I bought tagging gun with pins and needles. Yes the price was cheap. But when I started using the tagging gun it kept getting jammed and the needle would get stuck. After emailing David numerous times asking to solve the problem or replace the tagging gun or return my money, he stop responding. I guess cheap price, cheap quality.
