Services
It is the policy of Village Pediatrics that payment is due at the time of service unless other financial arrangements are made in advance. We require all patients to pay their copay at the beginning of each visit. If you do not carry insurance payment in full is expected at the time of service. If your account has a credit balance after services rendered and a refund is approved, we will initiate the refund as soon as possible.
Patient-Centered Medical Home

Village Pediatrics is beginning the process of becoming a certified patient-centered medical home (PCMH). PCMH is a model of healthcare where patients have a direct relationship with a provider who coordinates a cooperative team of healthcare professionals, takes collective responsibility for the care provided to the patient and arranges for appropriate care with other qualified providers as needed.

Our friendly, knowledgeable staff works hard to make your visits to our office as smooth as possible. Please call or Email us for information specific to your insurance company and plan. Contact Lori or Chris at option 5 for billing. We accept most insurance carriers. Please have your card with you at the time of your visit.

Village Pediatrics welcomes new patients. Choosing the right pediatrician for your child is one of the most important decisions you will make. By selecting Village Pediatrics, you can feel confident and comfortable that you have made the right decision. At our office, we believe that raising a child is a rewarding - as well as a challenging experience for a parent.

A physician is on call after hours. Call the main number, and you will be directed to contact the Children's Mercy Hospital Triage line. A nurse will listen to your concerns and if your physician needs to be contacted they will contact him/her. If your child needs to be seen they will inform you and you may be seen at Children's Mercy Urgent Care or go directly to the Emergency Room.
