I've had service on 3 difference bass boats in VA, Atlanta, and Lake Placid.
LP Service dept. would get a 10 Star service from me. This service dept is best I have seen.. They listen to what your needs are and they get your boat back to you so you can get on the water. Great people and Service. Thanks for all your help LP Service Dept.

So they have a boat on boat trader with literally no details. It is a make/model I want so I call...and call...and call. Third time was the charm to actually talk to someone. Generally, sales people are at least nice to perspective buyers, not in this case. Sorry I burdened you with trying to buy a boat you have in stock. So I ask for basic details everyone asks when trying to buy a used boat(engine hours, service records if possible, etc). Nothing unreasonable or out of the ordinary. The girls said I would need to pay a deposit for them to show I was actually serious about the boat. LOL

This had to be one the best buying experiences. Took a ride out to see a boat they had on their website without any appointment The boat was in the yard. Upon arriving we were meet by Amelia . She immediately let us know that boat was sold, She then showed us at least 5 other options in the same price and actually had the same model being prepped for sale. We were sold ,AMELIA was personable and knowlegdeable about evey boat in the yard and made the purchasing smooth and easy.

Absolutely Aweful experience. Drove 4 hours down with my fiance to look at a boat we were both very interested in purchasing. We called several times to make sure it was available. No one would pick up the phone. When we finally got a hold of someone we were assured it was still available and we set up an appointment to see it. When we finally got there We asked about the boat and our appointment to see it to a very confused lobby full of sales managers. Who told us the boat is not available and we asked if we could see other boats in that price range. It was like they were shooing us out the door
