LeGrand Center is a collaborative effort between three local entities that include the Cleveland County Board of Commissioners, Cleveland County Schools and the Cleveland Community College Foundation Board. As economic development efforts in the area continued and continue to grow, the need for available space for those companies to have satellite offices, space for hiring events and corporate meetings continued to increase.

LeGrand Center features a flexible, multi-use ballroom expandable to 20,000 square feet seating up to 1,000 people banquet style and 1,700 theater style, and provides adaptable space to accommodate meetings, weddings, fundraisers, social gatherings and events. LeGrand Center also features a technologically advanced business suite with three conference rooms and one executive closing room.
