Certified diabetes educator Jessica Hawkins APRN-BC provides specialized management and treatment for diabetic patients. Our program focuses on continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) application, medication management, and lifestyle modifications. We offer personalized education sessions to help patients understand blood sugar control, dietary considerations, and proper insulin administration techniques for improved long-term health outcomes.
In-Office Examinations
We conduct comprehensive preventive care examinations for all age groups, from pediatric well-visits to adult physicals. Our services include DOT physicals for commercial drivers, pre-employment screenings, sports physicals, and age-appropriate diagnostic testing like mammography and colonoscopies. These examinations incorporate medical history review, physical assessment, and necessary laboratory referrals to maintain optimal health.
Radiology Department
Our radiology services feature board-certified technologists performing general X-rays, ultrasound imaging, and bone density scans. We utilize advanced diagnostic equipment for abdominal and vascular ultrasounds, echocardiography, and DEXA scans to assess bone health. These imaging services support accurate diagnosis of musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and internal organ conditions in a comfortable outpatient setting.

Drs. Christine Marozas and Jason Cheney provide comprehensive women's health services including prenatal care, vaginal deliveries, and C-sections. Of course, once they realized
