Telehealth increases accessibility for rural clients and reduces barriers associated with traditional in-person visits.

Our licensed clinicians document trauma impacts and mental health conditions to support immigration petitions. Evaluations follow USCIS guidelines while maintaining clinical objectivity. Services include Extreme Hardship Evaluations for 601-Waivers and psychological documentation for victims of crimes.
Anger Management
Structured programs addressing anger regulation issues through cognitive-behavioral techniques. Court-approved batterer intervention programs meet legal requirements for domestic violence offenders. Classes combine education with skill-building exercises to develop healthier coping mechanisms. Services also include parenting classes focused on positive discipline strategies.
Support Groups
Facilitated peer support sessions for specific populations including crime victims, DREAMers, and men's groups. Our 'New Beginnings' program helps individuals rebuild after traumatic experiences. Groups provide safe spaces for sharing experiences while developing coping strategies. Sessions follow structured curricula addressing specific therapeutic goals for each participant cohort.
Family Therapy
Systemic approach addressing relationship dynamics and intergenerational trauma patterns. Therapists work with families to improve communication and resolve conflicts. Sessions focus on rebuilding trust and establishing healthy boundaries. I struggled with depression for years and have tried therapy before. This time I found the right psychologist.
Luisa helped me understand how some of my thinking was making me miserable. She helped me cope with my depression and other personal issues. She understood me because she listens and I know she has the education, skills and compassion to help people who need help. I felt comfortable opening up to her because she is caring and understanding. I have noticed myself improve in my thoughts and mood. I am improving and feeling better and healthier. I still have room for improvement, but I know

My psycho-therapist literally saved my life. I was so depressed and suffered severe PTSD and anxiety. I hated life. It took some time and numerous sessions, but I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. I feel much improved and I don't hate life anymore. I can actually enjoy some things in life now.
