Don't apply here. They don't accommodate potential workers with families in case of an event happening. My son was projectile vomiting in the early hours of the morning. I called and messaged the facility in hopes to reschedule but to no avail. It's quite ridiculous.

As a former employee, I certainly would not put my family members here. Theres a high turnover rate. Staff is underpaid, undervalued, and treated rather poorly. Which I felt led to apathy amongst the people caring for the residents.

A big Thank You to the people at Snyder Village for making my dad's therapy fun for him. He tells us that they don't do therapy with him anymore but he is thinking of going into the therapy room. Snyder Village creates activities everyday that is the therapy. The great work their staff is doing is paying off. The whole family thanks you for all you do and thanks for keeping him safe.

Snyder Village is great. They are helpful and know a lot about aging issues. Three years ago, we had to put dad into safe facility, so I can understand how complicated the process can be. The people at Snyder Village are very professional in what they do.
