Cool Ridge

Founded in 1986, Cool Ridge began with a hippie, a dream, and a Volkswagen Bus. The brainchild of Ross Gillispie started with sales at Grateful Dead shows and along the sides of the West Virginia roadways. Thirty-one years later Ross sold the Morgantown location to Dominick Claudio, a native WV resident. Today, Cool Ridge is a novelty store that specializes in CBD, Kratom, Handblown glass, tobacco accessories, incense, and other specialty gifts & items including tapestries, posters, clothing, and decor.
