Faq
Report
Our clinic gets very busy, and while we work hard to accommodate our patients' scheduling needs, there is sometimes a waitlist for popular appointment times. We strongly encourage that you call as soon as you are ready to be seen, in order to schedule your initial session or book follow up appointments in advance.

TaiJi & Qi Gong
Report
About: Yang style Tai Ji is a slow-moving, meditative practice used to increase strength & flexibility, improve balance, coordinate the mind & body, and improve health. Originating as a martial art in ancient China, Tai Ji is primarily practiced today in a more slow and intentional manner. It can help to decrease chronic pain and reduce the impact that stress has on our mental and physical health.
