Although this wasn't the way Chef Keli Marks planned her Grand Opening Week, she quickly adapted to the challenge! New to the area, Chef Keli noticed a need for a good bakery. It seemed only natural to step back into a professional kitchen and start baking again - and Bakery 28 was born. Designed to be comfortably clean and modern, you can cozy up on the couch or sit with friends at one of our tables.
