The initial project started out as a master suite renovation. The suite, located on the second floor and overlooking the backyard, was created that featured his-and-her bathrooms, separate walk-in-closets, and vaulted skylights in the hallways.
After the initial meetings, the project scope evolved into a multi-phase project that added on a new family room, mud/utility room, powder bath, guest suite, and an indoor gymnasium, all to better address and support a growing and busy family.Our clients wanted to expand their existing bar, wine, and cigar storage into a new one-of-a-kind room.
