The Directors are responsible for the oversight of Raphael's Health Center Program project, and for ensuring that the clinic complies with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

In addition to Medicaid and Medicare we accept many types of commercial insurance. Remember: No one will be denied care based on their inability to pay. Raphael Health Center is a Medicaid, Marketplace and HIP Enrollment Center with staff ready to provide information on eligibility and also assist with enrollment.

The Federal Sliding Fee Discount Program allows you to receive medical, behavioral, optometry and dental health services at a discounted fee based on income. In order to receive a discounted fee on services at Raphael, you must enroll in the Federal Sliding Fee Discount Program through the clinic.
